Once the item leaves my hands I cannot control shipping times or delays. Standard shipping is first class mail. First class mail DOES NOT include insurance. Therefore if this is the shipping you select, Refunds will not be provided for items lost or not arriving in time. If you need by a certain time, please review the USPS website for delivery times before purchasing. Reach out if you’d like a quote on upgraded shipping with insurance.

Tracking is through pitney bowes. Therefore tracking numbers will not show in USPS. Additionally, please note, with letter mail the tracking is rarely updated because the post office doesn’t scan letters. This is out of my control.
